Susan E. Woodward - Office Administrator

Sue Woodward's background consists of more than 19 years in the banking industry at one of New England's largest financial institutions.

Sue spent the bulk of her career at The Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A. where she served as a Trust Officer and Technical Consultant. In this role, Sue provided technical support to the Institutional Trust Group by way of software support, special project management and research.

During her time with Chase, she represented the Institutional Trust Group as part of the task team responsible for the successful conversion of the Trust software system. Sue developed, documented and implemented departmental policies and procedures. It was also her responsibility to ensure satisfactory annual audit results through extensive review, testing and procedural training of departmental staff.

Sue played an extensive role as a coordinator and liaison with other support groups within the organization for the purpose of establishing and maintaining open and cooperative communication.

At EIG, Sue acts as Office Administrator providing web research, procedure and document identification and retrieval, preparation of linear project maps, diagrams and photos and other technical support.

Sue is a Graduate of Stone Business Academy of New Haven, CT and has received extensive technical training in the Trust Field.
